- For injection use only after proper dilution or reconstitution of a medication, according to the medication manufacturer’s instructions.

- Do not administer by direct injection without a medication or suitable solute.
- Contains benzyl alcohol. Not for use in neonates or infants.
- Not for use in epidural or spinal anesthesia procedures.
